No walk-ins or on-demand appointments are available.
First-time clients must book online.
Appointments are not reserved through text, phone call, or inquiry alone.
Online booking allows time for intake forms, policies, and session preferences to be completed before your appointment.

All CBD products used at Luméa Massage are THC-free and intended for topical use only. Clients choosing a CBD enhancement will be asked to complete a brief consent prior to treatment.
Preparing for Your Appointment
Once you've booked your appointment, you're encouraged to complete your secure online intake form at your earliest convenience.
Your intake only needs to be completed once each year unless your health history or contact information changes.
Completing your intake in advance allows me to thoughtfully review your health history, understand your wellness goals, prepare your treatment room, warm therapeutic elements, and personalize your experience before you arrive.
For the best experience, I kindly ask that intake forms be submitted at least 2 hours before Idaho Falls appointments and 24 hours before Driggs appointments, whenever possible.
By taking a few moments to complete your intake ahead of time, we can spend less time on paperwork and more time focused on what you came for—your massage.
Couples / Two-Person Appointments
Luméa Massage does not offer simultaneous couples massage at this time.
Two-person appointments may be booked back-to-back, meaning each guest receives their own private session one after the other.
This allows each massage to remain personalized, calm, and professionally prepared.
